Toni Rembe -
President
Toni Rembe has served as Trustee since 1971 and
as President since 1994. She is a retired
partner in the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop
Shaw Pittman LLP; chair of the board of Presidio
Graduate School (giving MBA and MPA degrees in
sustainable management); a co-founder and member
of the Advisory Board of the Rock Center for
Corporate Governance at Stanford University; a
member of the National Council for the American
Theater; and a member of the advisory board (and
former co-chair) of Corporate Women Directors
International.
She is past President of the Commonwealth
Club of California and past President and Chair
of the American Conservatory Theater in San
Francisco. In addition to her other not for
profit affiliations, Toni has served on the
board of directors of several public companies.
Richard W.
Odgers
– Secretary
Dick Odgers has served as Trustee since 1994. He
is a retired partner in the law firm of
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Dick began
his career at Pillsbury; then, in 1987, became
Executive Vice President and General Counsel of
Pacific Telesis and Pacific Bell. He returned to
Pillsbury in 1998. Dick now serves on the board
of a nonprofit organization that is focused on
legal issues involving immigrants and
immigration. Dick is a former member of the
California Legal Services Trust Fund Commission
(2002-2011) and is Co-Chair of the California
Task Force on Lawyer Support for Legal Services.
Dick is also a member of the Advisory Board of
the San Francisco Lawyers Chapter of the
American Constitution Society. He has served as
president of the boards of the Legal Aid
Society-Employment Law Center and Legal
Community Against Violence.
Dan Corsello
– Treasurer
Dan Corsello was the Executive Director of the
vanLöbenSels/RembeRock
Foundation, from 1995 to 2010.
He was also the former Director of Napa
County Health and Human Services Agency and
founder and the former Executive Director of the
Napa County Coalition of Non-Profit
organizations.
Dan has served as a
consultant to the Peter & Vernice Gasser
Foundation in Napa County.
He has
served on the Board of Directors of a number of
non-profit organizations and Commissions,
including the First Five Commission, Head Start,
Napa County Council on Economic Opportunities,
Battered Women’s Shelter of Napa County, Legal
Aid of the Napa Valley, the Napa County
Community Health Clinic, and Queen of the Valley
Hospital of the St. Joseph Health System.
Julie Divola - Trustee
Julie Divola is a partner with the law firm of
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where she
heads the tax practice in San Francisco. She is
a member of the Nominating Committee and past
chair of the Corporate Tax Committee of the
American Bar Association Tax Section. She has
served as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee
of the California State Bar Association Tax
Section and as past president of the San
Francisco Tax Club. Julie was an adjunct
professor of law at the University of San
Francisco School of Law. She serves as co-chair
of the ALI-ABA annual Course of Study on
Corporate Taxation, as a member of the editorial
board of the Practical Tax Lawyer and as a
member of the advisory board of the NYU
Institute on Federal Taxaction. She is
Secretary and a member of the board of the BASIC
Fund.
